Package Your Item
Place the unused portion of your product or gear in its original packaging to ensure it arrives safely back to our facility.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
